Hoping to see some kind of solution to this as I love playing old classics, but also want to be able to do so sometimes while doing other stuff on my computer. Also, if you have multiple displays it assigns itself to a random display every time it gets reopened from the dock, which wouldn''t be an issue if it could run in windowed mode instead of full screen. Take for instance Star Wars Rebellion: It really messes up your displays due to the low resolution, especially if you have to minimise the game. All of this would be fixed with a "windowed mode" feature. Click on the newly created profile of the game and turn on Morphological Filtering. Most of the classics have terrible resolutions and make it difficult to "just minimise" a game, or if you want to use your computer for streams or something else while playing. exe file of the game by clicking on the +Add button in the right upper corner.
